Not sure what size I am?
Please see our size guide here. 1.- Measure your Bust, place the measuring tape at the fullest part of your bust. 2.- Measure the underband, directly under your breasts. Example: If you have 90 Bust and 79/80 Underbust, we suggest a size L. Don't hesitate to contact us, we are always happy to assist you.
How can I place an order?
Please pick your desired items in your size and add them to your “Shopping cart”. When you have made your choice click on your “Shopping cart”, check your items one more time and proceed to “checkout”. After entering your billing and shipping address you can select the payment method of your choice and place your order. The checkout is completely secured and provided by Shopify.
How can I choose a colors for the embroidery?
Please see our color palette options here, and add the option in the comment box of your order.
If you do not choose a color, the embroidery will be made in the color scheme shown as the product pictures.
If your garment has stock available and are not ordering any bespoke embroidery you'll have 24/72H shipping: From Monday to Thursday, place your order before 3pm and it will arrive the next working day. Orders placed on Fridays before 14h arrive on Monday, from 14h, Saturdays and Sundays will arrive on Tuesday. Valid only for Spain peninsula.

How can I track my order?
Your tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email,
or you may view your order and shipping information by signing into your Philomena Intimates account.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange and/or return my garment?
At Philomena Intimates you can make exchanges and/or returns within 15
calendar days from the day you receive the garment, for hygiene reasons, no changes or returns of panties or bodies are allowed. In embroidered garments NO changes OR returns are accepted.
In case of exchanges
To make any exchange please contact us HERE indicating your order number and we will guide you how to continue with the change of your garment if it is a change of size.
If you want to exchange to other garment first you would have to make a return of the one you have and make a new order with the item and size you want.
Philomena Intimates will cover the cost of shipping in case of exchange.
In case of returns
You will have to return the garment in the same conditions you received it,
the refund will be made through the same payment method used to place
the order once we have received the parcel.
The cost of return shipment will be borne by the customer, we kindly suggest that the shipment is with Tracking Number, to have control of your parcel. If parcels get lost during transport without having a track and trace code Philomena Intimates is not responsible for a reimbursement.
